I work with people just like you to find balanced and simple relationships with food through my Core 4 Method of building a balanced plate. I want you to confidence in your ability to make food choices that fit your lifestyle or dietary needs!
I’m what you would call a non-diet dietitian. I don’t believe in fad diets, quick fixes, counting calories or restriction. There's room for all foods in our diet and you shouldn't have to give up your favorites to feel good! I don’t know about you, but I have a million things bouncing around in this brain of mine and I don’t have the space to count calories or stress over food choices!
