Do I have to sign up for a long-term membership?
Nope! You can come and go as you please from month to month, however each month will be packed with new nutrition tips and tricks that you won't want to miss! Also, you will only have access to the recipes, cooking demonstration videos, and the monthly calls with Kate for the months that you’re enrolled.
How do I access the cooking demonstration videos and recipes?
Once enrolled, you will receive a link with a password to access everything you need!
What kinds of recipes can I expect?
Each recipe is chosen with a focus on ease, simplicity and versatility. You can expect to see recipes that use ingredients that you already have in your pantry (or are simple to get), don’t take a lot of time and can be easily modified to preference or dietary needs!
You’re a dietitian. Does that mean I’m only going to see recipes with kale?
Absolutely not! First of all, I’m not a huge fan of kale ;) I believe that all foods fit in moderation. While you will see some plant-forward dishes, you’ll also see dishes that use chicken, beef, and fish.
