Nutrition is complicated. And it can be really hard to figure out what you need to do on your own. 

My goal is to help you find balance. To learn how to eat in a simple way that still includes all your favorite foods, without counting points or calories or feeling the need to track just to keep you on track. To stop obsessing and worrying about your food choices. To feel your best and finally have energy. To look in the mirror and love the person who's looking back at you!

I'm a registered dietitian with a goal of empowering others to stop dieting forever, feel confident and love your bod!

I’m what you would call a non-diet dietitian. I don’t believe in fad diets and quick fixes. I do believe in whole, really good food.

Nutrition has always been a part of me. Even as a little kid packing my snacks for swim meets, I knew that good nutrition made me feel my best! I wanted to become a dietitian to help people like you find the same balanced and simple relationship with food - eat good and you'll feel good. It's that simple!

I’m a summer girl and am truly happiest by the pool or beach with a good book. I'm a big believer in the power of sunny days, good friends, long walks, a great night's sleep, and a little chocolate every day. I'm a Wisconsin transplant and now proud to call myself a 'Sconnie!
